1. I guarantee that my son / daughter / ward_______________________________ _________________________ admitted at the TEXTILE & ENGINEERING INSTITUTE, ICHALKARANJI will maintain good behavior and strict discipline and will not take part in any prejudicial activity.
2. I understand that my son / daughter / ward will join the institute right from the opening day. It is expressively understood that the admission of my son / daughter / ward would automatically stand cancelled without any further reference to me if he / she does not join the institute on the specified date.
3. It is expressively understood that the entire amount of tuition and other institute and hostel fees once paid by him / her (except refundable Caution Money) shall forfeit to the institute upon withdrawal of admission or for any other reason as per existing rules and that he / she shall have no claim what-so-ever for the refund of the same.
4. I have read the rules and regulation and I understand that my son / daughter / ward has to undergo obligatory practical training for specified period in accordance with the relevant academic curriculum. I agree that in the event of my son / daughter / ward being placed in an industry / institute for such practical training. I will not raise any objection to his / her being so placed. Further, I agree that institute shall not be held responsible in any way for any mishap that may occur during his / her tenure with the institute.
5. If my son / daughter / ward takes and withdraws of admission on what-so-ever reason or circumstances may be, I shall deposit the full course fee.
