The department has started COMSA Communication Engineering Student Association started
in September-2009. It aims at providing platform to bring out the inner potential of students and to blossom it in a right path. COMSA conducts activities like Aptitude test, Group discussion, C & C++ contests, Technical tests and Panel discussion.
Large numbers of students are motivated and take the benefit of this association. All the activities are conducted by the students themselves under the guidance of faculty coordinator.
IMPULSE
Every year the department organizes a National level technical event named, “IMPULSE”. Impulse aims at providing a platform for the exchange of information on emerging areas in the field of engineering. Earlier as national level paper presentation contest, since two years impulse has evolved as multi event contest. It embrace activities like:
Robotic Contest
Hardware Design Contest
VLSI Contest
Project Presentation
Management Contest
This activity is organized usually in the second semester of every academic year. The third year students co-ordinate the event. The nearby industries & citizens extend financial help for this activity.
