TECHNOGLIMPSE
With the objective of creating awareness among the budding engineers, in the area of research and gather information of latest technology in respective fields, the department of Mechanical Engineering is organising the National Level Paper & Software Presentation Contest 'TECHNOGLIMPSE ' for undergraduate Engineering students. The response from all over India is increasing every year. Papers are selected every year from variety of areas from production engineering, power engineering, design engineering, management and interdisciplinary subjects including case studies.
The department also organises various workshops on latest developments in mechanical engineering for encouraging industry institute interaction.
MESA (MECHANICAL ENGINEERING STUDENTS ASSOCIATION)
MESA is a forum which actively involved in organising various co-curricular and extra curricular activities for the benefit of students with the objective to development overall personality of young graduates. Activities cover Group Discussions, Brain Storming sessions, Aptitude Tests, invited eminent professionals Guest Lectures, etc. Also organization of various functions like Teachers' Day, Engineers' Day is done with great enthusiasm.
