Mathis Continuous Coating Range Type KTF-S-500
The Mathis Continuous laboratory Coating machine is the optimum combination of dryer and coating table. Its compact construction and very simple operation make it cost-effective. The application of the Mathis Continuous laboratory Coating machine covers textiles, nonwovens, foils or papers which are required to be coated using the coating method. The coating paste is applied evenly to the carrier material using a doctor knife. When the coating process has finished, the carrier material is introduced to the dryer without repining. Therefore multiple coatings can be realised quickly and reliably. The scopes of application of the Mathis Continuous laboratory Coating machine are the textiles industry, the pharmaceutical industry, foil and paper manufacturers, research institutes and development departments of most branches.
14.
Digital Bursting Strength Tester
To determine fabrics resistance to bursting. Pressurizing device with precision volumetric pump. Safety valve for pressure control. Control leaver for test execution, emptying operation and automatic zero setting at release. Control device run by an electric engine at variable speed, with automatic stopwatch to check test duration,Glycol fluid, Measuring range from 0 to 50 bar (o to 5000kpa) Built in accordance with :ISO 2960, ISO 13398-1,ASTM D 3786.
15.
Flammability Tester
Flammability Tester: - The Atlas HVUL2 Horizontal Vertical Flame Chamber is designed to test the flammability of textile material in vertical and horizontal direction. The horizontal flammability test is useful to determine the comparative burn rates and burn resistance of textiles, particularly those for automotive interior use. Vertical Flammability test for measuring the vertical flame spread for children's sleepwear, fabrics, other textile materials or resilient filling materials used in upholstered furniture.
16. Compression Anvils
These anvils are used to determine behavior of materials under crushing loads. The specimen is compressed and deformation at various loads is recorded. Compressive stress and strain are calculated and plotted as a stress-strain diagram which is used to determine elastic limit, proportional limit, yield point, yield strength and, for some materials, compressive strength. Concrete, Metals, Composites etc materials are typically subjected to a compression test.
